These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NeighborBoard. By accessing or using NeighborBoard, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use NeighborBoard

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use NeighborBoard. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your sign-in methods secure.

2. Account access and sign-in

NeighborBoard uses passwordless sign-in, including secure email links and device authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use NeighborBoard to harass, threaten, impersonate others, post unlawful content, collect personal information for abuse, interfere with platform operations, or violate applicable laws.

4. Community content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting, you grant NeighborBoard a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

5. Moderation and enforcement

To protect neighbors and the platform, NeighborBoard may review reports and remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks.

6. Service availability

NeighborBoard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeighborBoard disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using NeighborBoard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. If material changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
